"In this past year I have had two auto claims with State Farm. The customer service I received from State Farm representative Will Katz was exemplary. I called in a panic to say I was in a car accident, and he gently and calmly explained the processes, transferred my call to the claims department etc. (basically, he did the heavy lifting for the claim). He called again later in the week to ensure that everything was taken care of and asked if there is anything else he could do for me regarding the claim. On another claim, the issue was resolved within the hour. His soft-spoken voice, calm demeanor, and genuine concern for his clients is unparallel. We have been with State Farm for over 40 years if not more and will probably always be a State Farm customer."

I hesitated contacting Steve DiOrio's office, her broker, since I assumed there would be a lot of red tape to go through just to obtain another copy. I know with my own insurance company, this small task would have taken me 45 minutes over the phone (routed through too many phone options and being placed on hold).
